ENR Chief Minister of Justice

Chief Minister of Justice Dr. Sokanon Tsohanoai earned his Doctorates of Indigenous Judicial Science from Echadi University and serves as the presiding authority over the Ministry of Justice of the Echadi Nation Republic, entrusted with the stewardship of judicial integrity, lawful process, and constitutional guardianship within the Nation. He operates as a guardian of lawful order, ensuring that justice within the Nation is rooted in equity, due process, covenant principles, and Indigenous self-governance. 

CMJ Sokanon Tsohanoai  role is not merely administrative it is constitutional. The Ministry of Justice functions as the interpretive and protective arm of the Nation’s law, preserving the Supremacy Clause and Covenant of the National Community in accordance with Unit 13 of the ENR Constitution. 

He serves faithfully within the constitutional framework established by Chief Amir Zahir and the Twelve Ministerial Council, ensuring that the rule of law remains consistent, sovereign, and internally coherent within the Echadi Nation Republic.

The Ministry of Justice exercises judicial oversight in matters involving:

  •  Tribal LLCs and holding structures
  •  Cooperatives and ecclesiastical bodies
  •  Trust-based commercial entities
  •  Any organization operating under ENR jurisdiction

 

The Jural Society may interpret governing documents, adjudicate disputes, enforce fiduciary duties, resolve internal conflicts, and ensure compliance with ENR law and covenant obligations.

Echadi Council of Jurists

The Echadi Council of Jurists functions as the Nation’s external lawful representation and advisory body.

 

The Council:

  •  Represents and consults Nationals and Members outside of ENR territorial jurisdiction
  •  Provides structured lawful consultation in cross jurisdictional matters
  •  Engages in diplomatic and lawful correspondence where authorized
  •  Assists in protecting rights of Nationals in external proceedings

Representation by the Echadi Council of Jurists requires a formal contract and engagement agreement. The Council operates under the Ministry of Justice but functions in a representative and advisory capacity beyond ENR’s immediate territorial jurisdiction.
